Not with a Flat Fee MLS Listing. You just pay a Flat Listing Fee to get the MLS exposure for your property.
Sellers now have the choice to offer 0% commission to a buyer's broker following recent industry changes. This commission is negotiable, determined at the time of signing the listing agreement.
For the Basic Package you can provide up to 10 photos. For the Premium Package you can provide up to 25 photos and for the Premium Plus Package we have a professional photographer that provides 25 photos. OR you can choose to add our Professional Photographer as an add on to your package (note: this is included in our Premium Plus package) and you will get 25 professional photos.

That is totally fine! You can cancel at anytime for any reason. There is No Additional Fee! Or, maybe you want a Full Service plan? You can upgrade to Full Service and get your package fee back at closing.
