Katie’s journey in real estate began 30 years ago when she wo

rked for a private

builder. She gained valuable experience managing new construction models and

home selections. Then, 17 years ago, she entered the residential real estate market

and founded Gates and Gables, a company that provides full-service and limited-

service options to meet your individual needs. As a seasoned agent, Katie has been

providing exceptional service to her clients, earning her a reputation for

professionalism, integrity, and effective negotiation skills.
